Introduction

Welcome to Costa Box Co., an independent food hamper gift service operating on the Costa del Sol, Spain. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Ordering

By placing an order with Costa Box Co., you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items, prices, and delivery information.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.

Prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices at the time of order placement will be honored.

Payment

We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

All payment transactions are processed securely. Costa Box Co. does not store your payment details.

Delivery

We deliver hampers across the Costa del Sol, Spain. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us for special arrangements.

Standard deliveries are made within 3-5 working days. For express or specific date deliveries, additional charges may apply. We will endeavor to meet your requested delivery date, but we cannot guarantee this due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery charges vary based on location and hamper size. These will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Returns and Refunds

If your hamper arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns unless the products are faulty or incorrect.

Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Products and Allergens

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, actual products may vary slightly due to the availability of ingredients or packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility to check allergen information provided on our website. Costa Box Co. cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.

We collect personal information such as your name, address, email, and payment details to process your order. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order.
